It is a calm but confident Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night. Chelsea are winning again, playing with belief again, and quietly climbing the table under Liam Rosenior. Four league games. Four wins. No drama. No noise. Just points. Leeds arrive knowing this is a tough place to interrupt a good story.
Chelsea’s turnaround has been sharp and clear. After five league games without a win before Rosenior arrived, the Blues have beaten Brentford, Crystal Palace, West Ham, and Wolves in quick succession. The latest was a strong 3-1 win at Molineux, powered by a historic Cole Palmer first-half hat-trick. Chelsea are now fifth, one point off the top four, and Stamford Bridge is starting to feel like home again.
Leeds, though, are not coming to roll over. Daniel Farke’s side bounced back from their Arsenal loss with a lively 3-1 win over Nottingham Forest. They are unbeaten in 11 of their last 13 games and have opened a six-point gap above the relegation zone. Still, away form remains the worry. Leeds have won just once in 12 away league matches, and Stamford Bridge has been unforgiving for them for over two decades.
Form says Chelsea. History says Chelsea. Leeds need something extra.

What to Expect: Control vs Resistance
Chelsea;
Chelsea will dominate the ball and play with patience. Rosenior has brought structure without slowing them down. Palmer floats between the lines, Joao Pedro links play well, and Enzo Fernandez’s late runs keep causing problems. Chelsea usually score at home. The question is how early.
Leeds United;
Leeds will try to be direct and energetic. Calvert-Lewin gives them a physical outlet, while Okafor offers pace on the break. They will look to start fast like they did against Forest, but defending deep for long periods has hurt them on the road all season.
Predicted Lineups
Chelsea (4-2-3-1) 🔵 Sanchez; Gusto, Fofana, Chalobah, Cucurella; Caicedo, Fernandez; Estevao, Palmer, Neto; Joao Pedro
Leeds United (3-4-1-2) ⚪ Darlow; Rodon, Struijk, Justin; Bogle, Ampadu, Gruev, Gudmundsson; Aaronson; Calvert-Lewin, Okafor
Players and Matchups to Watch
Cole Palmer: Full of confidence. Space anywhere near the box is dangerous.
Joao Pedro: Links play and finishes chances. Quietly becoming reliable.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin: Leeds’ main threat. Needs service early to matter.
Ethan Ampadu: Key screen in midfield. Must slow Chelsea’s rhythm.
